Quillsoft has been creating assistive technology, accessibility, and literacy support products for over 20 years.

Our foundation, at Quillsoft, is in equity and accessibility. Just as we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility in the products we create, today we are thrilled to share our commitment to making Quillsoft.ca as as possible for anyone who visits us online. Our team is working to assess and improve our user experience by applying WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) to our digital spaces.

Measures to Promote Accessibility in Quillsoft’s Online Spaces:

  • Include accessibility in our Mission Statement.

  • Integrate accessibility into our digital content creation practices.

  • Include and represent people with disabilities in our digital content.

  • Allocate Quillsoft resources to being aware of changes to accessibility standards and updating our accessibility guidelines to meet or exceed those standards.

  • Appoint an internal accessibility advocate to ensure that the Quillsoft content creation, design, and development teams are kept abreast of updates to internal accessibility guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.

 Quillsoft’s Digital Accessibility Goal

The Quillsoft team is committed to reaching our online accessibility goal to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 guidelines when they are released in 2021. In the meantime, we’re working toward meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Check out our website for some exciting changes, coming in August 2021.

We welcome all feedback!

As we work to make Quillsoft.ca as accessible as possible, if you have any comments, suggestions, or concerns about our website’s accessibility, please let us know in the form below.
