The options for licences are:

• Individual licences - where support is required for one student

• Volume licences - where support is provided to more than 5 students in a school. With WordQ for Google Chrome, we also provide a Customer Admin Portal for you to manage your own licences

• School / District Wide - where licences are made available based on student population and deployed based on a domain making it easier for technical teams to deploy to all machines

WordQ for Windows & macOS can function securely offline (other than license activation and licence renewal), meeting data privacy standards and continuity for students without robust home internet access.

Across all platforms, WordQ does not collect usage data from a user and licences can be setup at volume, school and district level without the need for an individual user email address.
